The First Friday of the month is Friday Artwalk, where downtown galleries open up late for guests. It usually falls on the week after Memorial Day.
St. Augustine Farmer’s Market
Memorial Day Weekend features the local charms of the farmer’s market, with its assortment of vegan cupcakes, wall art, local produce, and more.
St. Augustine National Cemetery
The cemetery and leading locals often host a morning Memorial Day honor.
Follow the Sun Festival
The St. Augustine Amphitheatre is known to host a special Memorial Day festival with a slew of local, national folk and rock bands.
Blue Crab Festival
The Blue Crab Festival is a local favorite. It features a crab cook-off, an amazing marching band, and local vendors with jewelry, wall art, and other crafts.
St. Augustine Jazz Society
Come out for a free concert on Memorial Day at the Plaza de la Constitucion, usually in the late afternoons, around 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
World Golf Hall of Fame
The facility offers complimentary admission to currently serving and retired military. There will be snacks and various honors.
