Where can I park downtown?
The parking garage is $15 per vehicle, per entry, easy walk to the historic district. On Sundays and national holidays, meters and pay stations marked by the city crest are FREE. Monday through Saturday, city-marked meters and pay stations are FREE before 8:00 am and after 5:00 pm – parking is FREE before 10:00 am and after 5:00 pm around the Plaza de la Constitution (Cathedral Pl.)
Is there public transportation to downtown?
Sunshine Bus Company operates bus routes throughout the city, the schedule can be found on www.sunshinebus.net or 904-209-3716.
How far is the nearest grocery store?
Only 1 mile away from the resort you will find a Winn Dixie. Just a little further at 1.3 miles is Publix and a Starbucks coffee shop is located in the Publix plaza. If you want to try a local coffee shop, Kookaburra is only a half-mile from Ocean Gallery.
Are there any restaurants in walking distance?
Walk 0.4 miles to Connolly’s Shore Grill serving daily breakfast and lunch; Oasis restaurant is 0.9 miles away serving daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You have many more options within a 5 mile radius.
How far is the beach pier and is fishing allowed from the pier?
When the pier is reopened it is 3.5 miles from Ocean Gallery. Fishing is allowed with a valid Florida fishing license, which can be obtained at the pier store.
Is there driving on the beach?
Yes, driving is allowed on St. Augustine beach from A Street to Crescent Beach. Please only drive 4×4 vehicles and expect a daily fee of $10 per vehicle or a pass for $50 per vehicle. From the Ocean Gallery, the closest beach ramp is on Dondanville Rd. about 0.5 mi.
What is the proximity distance from the condos to the beach?
The beach boardwalks are approx. 330 ft. long. Distance from the first floor condos to the beach, approx. 400 ft.
Where to park RVs, trailers and any oversized vehicles?
These types of vehicles are not allowed to park on the property overnight. There are several options close by for overnight or long-term parking.
What pools do I have access to while on the property?
If a guest is renting in Village del Prado, the del Prado pool is the primary one to use; if a guest is renting in Village las Palmas, the Las Palmas pool is the primary one to use; if a guest is renting in Village del Lago, the primary pool is the community indoor/outdoor pool; if guest is renting in Vistas, there are two pools available for their use.
All the guests have access to the heated community pool located in the Village del Lago behind the check-in office.
What amenities do you offer?
At the resort, you can enjoy two saunas, fitness room, shuffleboard, basketball court, pickleball court, table tennis, Bocce Ball, and four lighted tennis courts.
A guest renting through Ocean Gallery rental program also has free access to chairs and umbrellas set up on the beach when available. Beach folding chairs and beach bikes are available to sign in/out at the check-in office.

Is there smoking allowed on the property?
Since all of the condos DO NOT allow smoking, the property has designated smoking areas throughout. Ask the front desk associate for help locate the appropriate areas on the map during check-in.
Are grills provided/included with the condo rental?
Charcoal or gas grills are not allowed at the condos. The property has two large charcoal grills available at the Vistas pools and also smaller outdoor grills located by the community pool in Village del Lago.
Do you offer travel insurance?
