Choosing one of our condos offers an extraordinary experience and far greater benefits than you would find in any hotel. Partnering with a local company now offers even more services for our guests! DRIFTERS will deliver many kinds of rentals and equipment guests might need on their vacations including bikes for both children and adults, beach games and toys, beach chairs and so much more!

What to expect in your condo

In your condo, you’ll find several amenities to limit the number of things that you need to bring with you on your vacation.

Complimentary beach equipment is available at the resort, so you won’t have to worry about bringing beach chairs or umbrellas with you on your vacation.

Fresh towels and linens are provided for you, so no need to bring those as well, other than perhaps a few extra towels and bedding for extra guests. An in-unit washer and dryer will allow you to pack fewer clothes if you prefer and bring extra items and accessories.

Beach cruiser bikes are also available so that you can cycle along the shore and take in views of the ocean without having to spend time and money renting them from a service.

What you should bring with you

You should bring all of your standard toiletries, as you’ll have a full bathroom to stock them in during your stay at Ocean Gallery. You should bring extra bedding if you plan on having some of your guests sleep on a sofa or cot.

A few hygiene products you’ll need to bring include paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher and laundry detergent, and garbage bags to keep your condo nice and clean during your stay.

Since your condo will have a full kitchen, you’ll likely want to stock it with food that you can purchase at any number of grocery stores — one of the best ways to save on your vacation costs. It’s a good idea to pack a few non-perishable cooking essentials such as spices, oils, and seasonings.

Beach related items you may want to consider bringing include sunscreen, beach towels, sunglasses, sun hats, a cooler, swimwear, sandals, volleyballs, surfboards or other ocean sports gear, floatation devices, beach toys for children, cameras, and speakers.

Don’t forget your chargers, smartphones, laptops, cameras/GoPro, tablets, MP3 players and other electronic devices, as they will be expensive to have to replace once you’ve left home!

Our St. Augustine vacation rentals offer you excellent rates on long-term stays, and if you’re staying for a while it’s a good idea pack a sufficient amount of clothing.

The weather throughout the year in St. Augustine is mostly humid, rainy and warm. It can sometimes get cool during fall and winter evenings here, so it’s a good idea to include a mix of warm and cool weather clothing if you visit this time of year.

You may want to pack a long sleeve shirt for the summer if you plan on going outdoors on an evening cruise, beach walk or hike as temperatures can dip a bit. Bring a few umbrellas and rain jackets if you visit from May through October; afternoon showers are brief but somewhat common.

Hopefully, this list of things to bring with you on your Ocean Gallery Resort Vacation will help you plan everything out!
