Our beach-themed village condo is surrounded by water, with close access to a clubhouse pool and an awesome view of the lagoon and the pool from the screened-in patio. There’s also a wonderfully-cozy little nook retreat. The loft bedroom can be secured (and made private) with huge plantation shutters. Here there’s a queen bed and flat-screen TV.
315 Aegean Vista Way G
Our 315 Aegean Vista Way condo is defined by its clear view of both the nearby lagoon and the ocean. The two bounce off each other, making for one of the warmest and nicest views around. It also boasts plenty of additional guest space, with an extra room holding twin beds, a full bath, and tub/shower as well as a full-size sleeper sofa in the main living room. It also features some nice party-friendly features, like a Bluetooth sound bar and quick access to the pool, hot tub, and beach.
67 Village Las Palmas Circle G
Our 67 Village condo recently underwent a massive “from the ground up” renovation. The end result is a brilliant and sensational cozy romantic getaway., This one-bedroom one-bathroom escape has a king in a master suite, an enclosed lanai overlooking the pool, and a huge brand new kitchen. This is one romantic retreat you don’t want to miss out on.
23 Village Del Prado Circle G
The three-bedroom two-bathroom 23 Village Del Prado condo has plenty of space to accommodate a variety of travel-hungry guests. The brightly lit and contemporary-designed dining set comfortably seats six people. There’s also a remodeled master bath and vanity in the master suite, and captivating new lighting, cabinetry, and counters in the kitchen.
This space simply glows “new” and “fresh.” The rental is also very easy to get in and out of- It sits right on the ground floor. Of course, you have a splendid view of the lagoon and a massive living room space with big sliding windows right out to the grass courtyard.
103 Pacifica Vista Way G
With this rental, you have nearly instant access to the beach. You can throw a stone to it! We love this comfortable two-bedroom, two-bath ocean view condominium. There’s an assortment of brand new additions, such as new plantation shutters, added beach décor, new painting coast, lighting, and more. The master of the home can soak in the ambiance from the walk-in shower. And while many low-key rentals make the guest feel less important, we fitted our guest room with a queen-sized bed, a twin bed for kids and adult additional guests, and a flat-screen TV.
Anyone can lounge out on the outdoor patio space at a cozy outdoor table. You can admire both the nearby lagoon and, just over the dunes, the spectacular ocean. You can easily hear the waves cascading against the sands at all hours of the day.

We close it out with one of our favorite St. Augustine rentals. The rental is famous for not just what is inside, but what is right there in the vicinity, waiting to be explored.
